Welcome to Happy Confetti, an activity and event venue for all occasions. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We ask that you read them carefully before using our services or making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing our website and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our site.

2. Happy Confetti Services

• Happy Confetti offers venue rental services for activities such as birthdays, workshops, family events, corporate events, and more. The specific details of each service (duration, costs, venue rules, etc.) will be agreed upon in each individual booking contract.

3. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the event date.

• The full balance must be paid on the day of the event, as agreed upon in the contract.

• Happy Confetti reserves the right to cancel reservations if the established payments are not met.​

4. Use of the Venue and Client Responsibility

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the furniture, equipment, or facilities during the event.

• The use of hazardous materials, fireworks, or illegal activities within the venue is not permitted.

• The client must respect the established entry and exit times.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be notified in writing.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, logo, design, etc.) is the property of Happy Confetti and is protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Happy Confetti is not responsible for:

• Power and/or sewage service interruptions.

• Errors in the information provided on the website and digital platforms.

• Indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the salon.

8. Modifications to the Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on this page with the date of their last modification.

9. Applicable Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of Puerto Rico.
